A life was taken away from us and another came in rushing in
new to the world
shy and cute
The miracle of life and the sad cold ending of it
All at the same time in a place far away from me
and much nearer a new friend seems to have appeared
and an old one seems to want to part
Was it the cycle, was it life happening
Was it time, was it a miracle or an end
